As 2020 comes to an end, most of us are looking forward to leaving an extremely trying year behind. But with a few days left, I wanted to take the time to think about the good things 2020 had to offer, and the people who made my year brighter.

 

With this in mind, I decided to write Love Letters To 2020. Each of the artworks below is a hand painted postcard, each with a message to someone who had a significant positive impact on me and others around them this year. The intention of these Love Letters is to recognize that throughout the darkness of 2020, there was in fact light, and to thank those who added their shine.

Where there is loss, there is also opportunity. Through grief, there is growth. In the midst of incredible adversity, these individuals rose. I love them, they are my heroes.
